We will do as much as we can to help the community get approved for financial assistance. All required documentation must be turned in to be considered for an approval. As much as we would like to approve every application unfortunately all who apply will not be approved. If an applicant is having trouble filling out an application or there is information that they cannot provide, we will be happy to help in completing the application. If assistance is needed, please refer to our staff or contact section of this website. Our office hours are listed below.

This is the page you can apply for either a Standalone Fund or a Grant Fund. Please read the application in full prior to submitting it for review.
The applications listed are available to be immediately filled out right here online or they can be printed out for you to complete later. If there is an issue with printing the form on Google, try a different web browser like Safari. If you make a mistake while filling the application out online, you can clear your answers and start the application over. Every application that is turned in will get careful consideration for a reward.
